Speeding up the resumption of work and production and restoring economic and social order have become the common goals of all governments. For China and CEEC, SMEs are not only an important source of economic vitality for all countries, but also a major force for employment creation in China. They shoulder the livelihood needs of millions of families. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the Chinese government has taken active measures to expand aggregate demand and increase financial support for market players, thus providing strong support for the development momentum of China's SMEs. At the same time, China is ready to step up information exchanges with CEEC to build more platforms for SMEs to resume work and production and carry out cooperation, so as to minimize the impact of the epidemic on their development.

In terms of promoting cooperation among SMEs, Lushan hopes to focus on three aspects, namely, strengthening cooperation on resumption of work and production, cultivating new growth drivers, making good use of platforms and expanding cooperation, and actively setting up special "fast channels" for businessmen from relevant countries to resume work and production in China.

Ye Dingda, deputy director of the national Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of small and medium business administration said in a speech, in recent years, China and CEEC continue to expand mutual investment, according to incomplete statistics, CEEC invested more than $1.5 billion in China, Chinese enterprises in CEEC to invest more than $10 billion, involving machinery, chemical industry, finance, new energy, environmental protection, logistics and other fields. I hope that businesses of the two sides will focus on the theme of the conference, make full use of synergies, release complementary advantages, and work together to cope with the impact of the epidemic and promote the resumption of work and production. It is hoped that the Cooperation zone will continue to play its role as a platform to connect SMEs from both sides with advanced development concepts, operating models and production factors, and strive to become a new highlight of china-CEEC SMEs practical cooperation.
